Whether you're seeking an energising, dynamic flow or a deep, restful softening, yoga classes are centered around developing the 'felt' sense of the body. On a mindful level, themes and ideas are woven into the class as we move AND in the precious moments of stillness.

At Pincroft Yoga, asana classes last an hour; That's about 45 minutes of movement, allowing for 10-15 minutes of savasana to close the class. 

​

For those looking to develop their practice further and add to their wellness toolkit, courses run for 6 weeks in 45-minute sessions.
